
BOOKING INFORMATION

The Rocks Walking Tours invites you to explore our range of tours offered within our Educational Program so as to see which tour may be most appropriate for your students and their area of learning.
All tours must be pre-booked and have received our Booking Confirmation Package that includes:
- Booking Confirmation sheet
- Booking Terms & Conditions
- The Rocks Walking Tours location map, with amenities and coach stop information
- Risk Assessment Policy

Tour Meeting/ Conclusion Point
Most tours will depart and conclude at The Rocks Walking Tours’ office (23 Playfair Street, The Rocks*) unless alternate arrangements have been made at the time of your booking or upon confirmation of your final numbers.

We ask if you could arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked departure time at the confirmed meeting place so as to be able to commence on time.
* Playfair Street is now a pedestrian thoroughfare and is accessed from Argyle Street, Mill Lane or George Street

Group Numbers
A minimum of 20 students is required for the per student rate to be applicable; with a maximum of 30 people per group/ guide, this includes students, teachers, carers and parent helpers.
If your numbers are below this minimum please contact our office to discuss alternate pricing arrangements.

Tour Costs
- Rates quoted for each tour are per student including GST
- Free of Charge Ratio - 1 teacher/ adult : per 10 students
- Additional adults are charged at the applicable student rate
- Accompanying coach crew are free of charge
- Weekend/ Public Holiday bookings incur an additional $1.10 per person
